1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LimoTheory website and any chauffeur services requested through our online reservation forms, phone lines, or WhatsApp channels. By requesting a quote, confirming a reservation, or utilizing our transport services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

LimoTheory provides luxury chauffeur-driven vehicles across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Our services include executive airport transfers, corporate roadshows, intercity transfers, event logistics, and hourly charters. Vehicle assignments are fulfilled based on fleet availability, and we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher class if required.

3. Bookings & Reservations

Reservations can be requested via our website, phone line, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after our operations room issues an official confirmation detailing your assigned vehicle category, pick-up time, and rate.

For airport transfers, clients must provide accurate flight details. We monitor flight landings automatically and provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from actual landing time for airport pick-ups.

4. Fixed Pricing & Payment

All trips are quoted on a fixed-rate basis prior to vehicle dispatch. Quoted rates include fuel and standard tolls unless explicitly stated otherwise. Corporate accounts may be billed under monthly invoicing terms; all other bookings are payable prior to or upon completion of the service.

Additional fees may apply if extra stops, unscheduled route modifications, or extended waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance are requested during the trip.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Reservations may be cancelled or modified by contacting our operations team directly. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice prior to scheduled pick-up will not incur charges. Late cancellations or passenger no-shows at the designated pick-up location within the agreed waiting window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward chauffeurs and fleet property. LimoTheory reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund in cases of abusive behavior, vehicle damage, or illegal activities. Passengers will be held financially responsible for any deliberate or accidental vehicle damage caused during their booking.

7. Liability & Insurance

All LimoTheory fleet assets operate in compliance with commercial transport regulations and insurance laws in the UAE. While we maintain rigorous scheduling standards, LimoTheory is not liable for delays resulting from severe traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, unannounced road closures, or external factors beyond our direct control.

8. Force Majeure

LimoTheory shall not be held liable for failure or delay in executing transportation services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather events, natural disasters, emergency civil restrictions, or official road closures.

9. Intellectual Property

All digital materials on the LimoTheory website—including trademarks, visual assets, text copy, and website code—are the intellectual property of LimoTheory and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as service requirements or regulations evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were published.
